I like very much the twin-sharing room and the separation of toilet from the bathroom. So while my husband takes a bath, I can still use the toilet. This is very helpful if there are 2 pax in a room. I also like its 24-hour self-service restaurant. I also like the breakfast system. Each of us was given a coupon or allowance of 4,000 Japanese yen to spend for our breakfast or food. Since we were not able to consume all the amount during our 4-night stay, we were able to use the remaining balance to purchase some Sapporo Agriculture cookies in boxes that we brought home to Manila and share with our family and friends. I like very much its location - very near to Susukino where the ice sculptures are located as part of the Sapporo Snow Festival!

We stayed at this place to get access to the RL501 bus (pre-booked) which picks up passengers directly from a few hotels (with OMO3 being the last pick-up spot) to Niseko Hirafu Welcome Center. There are also 2 Lawsons within a minute walking distance from OMO3 which is neat, though I never understand why there is a need for 2 Lawsons within 200m of each other, but I'm not complaining! If that's not enough, the hotel provides 24/7 access to a snack bar at the lobby where you can self check-out the items. It's in a quiet and peaceful street, but also within 5-10mins walk to the Nikka Whiskey billboard street area. The room is clean and comfortable. The shower is heavenly.

Our first time staying at a Hoshino resort - we love this new, modern concept and well designed establishment. The standard double rooms, although squishy, have the ability to store luggages under the beds (but don’t forget them when checking out like we almost did lol). Love the reading lights and power points integrated in the bedhead. The bathrooms are enjoyable with high tech showers and toilet with bidet. The lobby area is massive with ample seating so you could meet up with your group or family for meals. Plenty of food, drinks and snacks available to buy 24/7. There’s also Lawson and lots of restaurants close by. A 5-10min walk to the city centre and Susukino station.

A couple of train stops from the main Sapporo station but close to lots of cute little eating places and downtown Susukino, didn't realise it was a red light district with girls in shop windows but that didn't bother us haha. Has a convenient little self serve shop with snacks and wine and coffee in the lobby, but of course still close to convenience stores as all of Japan is.

I like how the food ticket work. You receive 1000 yen per day for your breakfast and you can choose the food you would like to purchase. If you have money left then you can buy some cookies and other things. It gave us the flexibility for time; sometimes we needed food or drinks at night and the store is opened late at night, so you can grab something to drink.
