Overall of the hotel is perfect for me. Room size was just nice, clean, big and comfy bed, the shower room really good, and they were so caring that will prepare the umbrella if is on the rainy day. And the location is great! Ichiran is at nearby, public airport shuttle bus stop just few mins walk away.. No regret and just book it okay..

The hotel staff were very accomdating and welcomed us well. They sorted out the two room keys and always gave us a nice greeting whenever we arrived. The beds were comfy and had two pillows which is rare in Japan.

I like how the food ticket work. You receive 1000 yen per day for your breakfast and you can choose the food you would like to purchase. If you have money left then you can buy some cookies and other things. It gave us the flexibility for time; sometimes we needed food or drinks at night and the store is opened late at night, so you can grab something to drink.

Amazing shower, great feel, comfy beds. Hotel has a Food and Drink Station in the lobby selling a variety of snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices. It’s also a great place to sit and relax, with no obligation to buy hotel food. Ski drying facilities was an unexpected bonus.

Best shower ever. Staff are polite and helpful. Speciality local guide on the wall of the lobby. Nice self-serve dining area.

Located closely to Sapporo shops and entertainment with little to no noise during the night so you can enjoy your sleep. Staff are very friendly with 24hr service and english translators and extra amenities if you need. If you want a late night snack the hotel has a food bar you can purchase snacks or drinks.

Nice hotel in a great location. Friendly staff. There are not one, but two Lawsons in front of the hotel.

The location is quite convenient with lots of restaurants near by. The room and facilities are new and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. With ski bus stop meeting point right at the hotel, it's very convenient for skiers and snowboarders. The hotel even has a waxing bar for guests to use which surprised me. After all, I enjoyed my stay and love to come again.

Easy, convenient location. Lots of food options really close by. Short walk to street cars or subway. Pole Street close by. Ski bus stops at hotel.

Everything was great. Rooms in particular were comfortable and bathroom excellent. Best was an air conditioner we could adjust to cooler level.
